On the contrary, a common mistake is that people suddenly eat far too little. The body can cope with this for a few days or weeks, but not longer. The most common mistakes when losing weight

- Weighing yourself daily does not reflect the actual progress, because built muscles weigh more than fat => often a reason for demotivation
- Rewarding yourself for exercising with sweets always destroys the calorie consumption (of course you can treat yourself to something once in a while)
- Too little fat intake can be problematic, because dietary fats are also the basic building material for many vital hormones.
- The “liquid calories” like in Cola, Fanta, alcohol etc. are ignored
